This project was inspired by the migration stories of Mexican migrant,\u00a0<em>Memo.\u00a0<\/em>Memo was sixteen years old when he first crossed the U.S.-Mexico border in the late 1990's. He crossed a total of three times until he was detained and deported by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (I.C.E.) in 2003. This digital archive features Memo's belongings left behind in the United States after his deportation to Mexico. Este proyecto se inspir\u00f3 en las historias de migraci\u00f3n del migrante mexicano, <em>Memo<\/em>. Memo ten\u00eda diecis\u00e9is a\u00f1os cuando cruz\u00f3 por primera vez la frontera entre Estados Unidos y M\u00e9xico a finales de la d\u00e9cada de 1990. Cruz\u00f3 un total de tres veces hasta que fue detenido y deportado por el Servicio de Inmigraci\u00f3n y Control de Aduanas de Estados Unidos (I.C.E.) en el 2003. Este archivo digital recoge las pertenencias que Memo dej\u00f3 en Estados Unidos tras su deportaci\u00f3n a M\u00e9xico.
